Property was abysmal. Property owner was indifferent and Booking.com could not make it right
the breakfast at Hotelito that was included was awesome
The villa had constant and serious deficiences from the beginning. We could not stay one night. The A/C's both went off at 9pm due to overloaded circuit breaker, the water was off the second day, the drains and toilet would not drain the whole trip. The A/C's never did cool after they finally got the circuit breakers fixed. I cannot believe anybody stayed in this villa for months and months. It was DEFINITELY not ready for guests. Hotel who owns the villa could not get even the basic systems operable. Booking.com nor the properly owner would provide an appropriate credit.

New Favorite Place in Tulum
The perfect locations with amazing views. There are bikes to visit surrounding areas, but would never want to leave the property once you are there. Casa Emily is now my new fave spot in Tulum.

Location location location!
Location location location! Casa Emily is a wonderful place to enjoy a relaxing and intimate experience with friends and family right on the beach! Service was amazing and the staff was very helpful and kind. Decoration and ambiance is of exquisite taste, and it really makes you feel the Tulum vibe with a luxury touch. Definately the best place to stay in Tulum beach!

The Perfect Private Paradise
Casa Emily is the perfect location for a seamless getaway into the wonderful and eclectic beach town of Tulum, Mexico. The location itself is extremely private (one of the only private rentals left in Tulum) and sits right on the edge of a beautiful reef that transcends you into the majesty of Tulum's blue sea. The property managers are very kind and will accommodate anything you need for your stay. The bed is very comfortable, the kitchen is perfect for cooking and relaxing, the architecture of the palapas is beautiful - all while being located in between both town and the main strip of beach-side Tulum. You can also walk down the nearby beach to the Tulum Ruins! I highly recommend staying at Casa Emily. It's a refreshingly private location that is a great change of pace from the traditional hotel setup in Tulum; all while being centrally located with easy access to all of Tulum's wonderful restaurants and entertainment.
